Dongguan Huafei Furniture Co., Ltd. is located in Houjie, Dongguan, the capital of furniture. It is a high-end furniture factory that integrates design, production, and sales. It has luxury international high-end light luxury series furniture and Basrini high-end Italian minimalist series furniture under its umbrella. In 2020, it launched a new high-end production line and established an independent factory – Mi Chao Furniture Factory.
Mi Chao Furniture focuses on three dimensions: strict control of production, collection of intelligent manufacturing, and design empowerment. We are committed to providing furniture services for high-end projects such as villas, mansions, and clubs! At present, there are over 800 conventional products that are in line with international standards, and we have deep strategic partnerships with Italian designers and some brands! Strive to become a top-notch manufacturing enterprise both domestically and internationally!
FACTORY INTRODUCHON
We have two factories with different functions, both located in Houjie, Dongguan, known as the “Capital of Furniture” with special geographical advantages. Here, from product design to raw material procurement, production and manufacturing, logistics and transportation, the close connection and improvement of supporting links have gradually formed today’s huge furniture manufacturing industry cluster.
Huafei Factory covers five major production departments: gold, wood, paint, soft materials, and packaging. Adhering to the craftsman spirit of “details achieve perfection, quality determines the future”, we strictly require the craftsmanship details and production standards of each product, from rigorous drawing to strict production exhibition control and quality inspection. With various product safety and quality certification certificates and environmental control, we provide you with a safer, more comfortable, and high-end customized home life.
Huafei Second Factory covers an area of over 30000 square meters, mainly focusing on customized furniture for sales offices, model houses, and clubs. With the business philosophy of “innovation, trustworthiness, and win-win” and the service tenet of “customer first, quality first”, the factory currently has nearly 300 workers and employees, including more than 100 furniture sample development masters who have been able to operate independently for more than ten years. With strong technical strength and high standards to ensure product quality, it also greatly solves bottlenecks such as difficulty in changing branded furniture, inconsistent sizes, inconsistent styles, and inaccurate delivery times in the customized furniture market. Currently, it provides high-quality furniture supporting services for many high-end design companies, soft decoration companies, and real estate development companies in China.
